The main purpose of Back Up Care is to provide our clients with trained, experienced, DBS checked support staff, who meet the consistently high standards expected by ourselves and the clients we support to maintain our quality service delivery.

We offer traditional agency cover as well as planned permanent additions to our client's workforce. Our aim is to be an integral and trusted part of the service our clients already offer to their residents and clients.
