Back Up Care Ltd is a Care Agency who supplies qualified staff on a temporary and permanent basis to support you when you need it. We are an agency that is managed by staff that have a wealth of experience in the care industry. We offer traditional agency cover as well as planned permanent additions to your workforce.

Our aim is to provide you with a service that leaves you feeling positive about Back Up Care support staff coming into your environment whilst being able to grow your business with staff members you can rely on. We regularly survey our clients to obtain feedback on whether we are providing good value for money and supplying support staff with the right experience, work attitude and reliability and when necessary, positively deal with any issues that arise from these surveys.

We have a strong commitment towards high quality training which is delivered by our in-house trainer and ensures all legislative guidelines are adhered to and we encourage a personal development plan for all permanent and temporary Back Up Care staff.

Our aim is to be an integral and trusted part of the service you already offer to your residents and clients. We hope to be more than an agency you ‘occasionally’ use and would like to develop a true working partnership that will compliment your own services.
